Norm’s extensive experience includes serving as horticulture supervisor at UNLV and lead groundskeeper for the Gardens at the Las Vegas Springs Preserve (formerly the Desert Demonstration Garden). He is also an ISA Certified Arborist who teaches a variety of classes on horticulture, landscape care, and tree health.
