Friday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

At this time, we no longer have the capacity to special order plants for customers. If you are with an organization, or municipality, and you’re trying to source plants or seeds, please reach out to contact@mojavebloomnv.com
We can hold an paid purchases for up to 7 days. If 7 days pass and you are unable to pick up your merchandise, we will process your refund and return the merchandise back to the floor. For unpaid merchandise, we are happy to hold items for up to 24 hours.
While we definitely can offer thoughtful advice, our staff at Mojave Bloom Nursery are not landscapers or horticulturalists (except for Norm!). We offer professional landscaping services through our sister company, Schilling Horticulture. They can assist you with designing your space, selecting the ideal plants, and developing a tailored watering or irrigation plan to suit your needs.

For Online Plant Purchases: As living organisms, plants naturally vary in appearance, and your plant may look a bit different from the photos depending on its maturity, growth habit, and time of year. If your plant purchase doesn’t meet your expectations at pickup, you’re welcome to cancel your order for a refund.
For In-Store Plant Purchases: Because plants are living organisms, their health and longevity depend heavily on the care and environment they receive once they leave our nursery. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds on plant purchases once they leave the premise.
That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you believe something unusual occurred with your plant or feel there may have been an anomaly, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always happy to talk through plant care questions or concerns. You can reach us at 702-279-2789.
For Non Plant Purchases: Refunds for unused, non-plant products may be requested within 30 days of purchase. Feel free to stop by the nursery any of the 7 days we are open to get help.
