You're Invited: 2025 Parks for Pollinators BioBlitz
The City of Las Vegas Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs invites you to join us for our annual Parks for Pollinators BioBlitz, a fun and engaging day in nature where community members of all ages can help document the wildlife in Floyd Lamb Park.
Date: Saturday, September 13, 2025 Time: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Location: Floyd Lamb Park – Hay Barn & Lakeside Courtyard
Last year’s event was a huge success! With your help, we recorded over 220 observations and identified more than 90 different species of plants, animals, and insects. Even better—135 of those were classified as “Research Grade” on iNaturalist.
This year, we’re hoping to make an even bigger impact—and we’d love for you to be part of it.
