Attendees are welcome to arrive a few minutes early to allow for check-in and to get comfortably settled. We recommend bringing any props, blankets, or layers you may need to feel cozy during the sound bath portion of the class. We also will have folding chairs available for anyone who would like to be accomodated for chair yoga. Hands-on assists will be offered during both portions of the session for those who wish to receive them.
Refunds are not accepted, but you can transfer your spot to someone else. Please contact us at 702-279-2789 to let us know the name of the person taking your spot prior to the start of the class.
